The teenage midfielder emerged as the hero once again as they halted Leeds United's seven-game unbeaten run in the Championship by beating them 1-0, thanks to a fine strike from Jobe. The decisive moment came with just 12 minutes remaining when Jobe put his head in the mix as Leeds goalkeeper Illan Meslier tried to parry the ball away.
Jude, who was himself in action with Los Blancos against Union Berlin in the Champions League, was quick to celebrate the achievement, sending a supportive message on social media, saying, "Let him cook."

Speaking to Sky Sports, Jobe said: "To be honest, I couldn't tell you much about it. I just ran in and headed it and hoped for the best, I got clattered. I'm always trying to find space. I had a goal disallowed the other day, so that was motivation for me to score. Today, the game required me to play deeper. If the game requires it then I'll do it. I can use my skill set to play up front, in the middle and out wide too. I'll just play anywhere the manager and coaches want me to play and I'll try my hardest."
