Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has suggested that he would be happy heading into the season with the squad that he currently has.
There is still over a month before the transfer window closes, and the coach has hinted that he is still on the lookout for new faces, but would not be hugely disappointed if no more deals were secured.
As it stands, the Red Devils have recruited two new players to strengthen the defence and attacking areas.
Victor Lindelof has joined from Benfica, while Romelu Lukaku recently sealed a switch to Old Trafford from Everton in a deal which, according to The Telegraph, cost £75m but could rise to £90m.
United continue to be linked to big names across the football sphere, but as of yet, no additional players have joined the squad.
The Premier League giants are currently in the United States on a pre-season tour and have won all of their friendlies to date.
Ahead of Wednesday’s match against Barcelona, Mourinho addressed the media and discussed transfer activity.
Some fans are not quite convinced by his remarks, while others disagree, insisting that the club need to bring in more players.
