United States international Pulisic was unable to make a telling contribution in the final third, before being replaced with two minutes left on the clock, and posted on social media afterwards that is “wasn’t to be tonight” as Milan took a share of the spoils.

Milan remain third in the Serie A table on the back of stalemate on home soil, with arch-rivals Inter 13 points clear of Stefano Pioli’s side as they chase down another Scudetto. The Rossoneri will be back in action on Friday when taking in a trip to Lazio.
