Loads of Newcastle fans have been discussing the impending clash against Arsenal, and a whopping 87 per cent of fans want Ayoze Perez dropped from the XI.

Newcastle have got an absolutely brutal run of fixtures to open their season, but if there is one “big six” team they will fancy their chances against it is probably Arsenal.

The Gunners have picked up the full six points from their last two games after a difficult start, but their defending in both victories left a lot to be desired.

With the game being at St. James’ Park, the Magpies will definitely try to attack more than they did against Chelsea and Manchester City, and fans think they should do it by handing Yoshinori Muto the number ten position.

Perez had a wonderful finish to last season, scoring some fabulous goals from that spot just behind the central striker.

The Spaniard has had a difficult start to the season though, and after the positive performance of Salomon Rondon at the Etihad, fans want to see the two new signings start together.

Arsenal are of course still a quality team, but they are vulnerable, and a huge 87 per cent of Newcastle fans think an attacking change could exploit the Gunners’ defensive woes.
