The Red Dragons headed to America in 2023 after booking return tickets to the EFL. They have gone on to secure back-to-back promotions and will be playing League One football next season. Ahead of that campaign, Phil Parkinson’s side will be heading to the United States once again.

Executive director Humphrey Ker, who saw Wrexham take on Manchester United and Chelsea 12 months ago, has told the podcast: “We’re doing a kind of west coast tour, is the plan. There will be a further announcement in the not too distant future about exactly where we’re going, but if you live on the west coast of the United States, then you will have opportunities to see the Red Dragons not too far from you.”
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Ker has also lifted the lid on Welcome to Wrexham series three, saying of the drama to come in an Emmy Award-winning documentary: “There is even more dressing room action this season, which I really like. There is more of the nitty-gritty of people shouting at each other at half-time because they are not playing very well. Otherwise it is more of what people love, which is seeing the town, seeing the team, seeing that relationship between those two entities and getting to know more of our players and more of our new players and new wonderful people from around Wrexham. I think people will be excited.”
